Fees and payments
Who pays the platform fee?
The client. The 10% fee is added on top of the agreed price, so the freelancer receives 100% of their price. There is no extra card fee.
When is the money released?
When the client approves the delivery. If the client neither approves nor opens a dispute within 48 hours of delivery, the payment is released to the freelancer automatically.
What if nothing is delivered?
If a freelancer has not delivered 14 days after the order was funded, the client can be refunded in full, including the platform fee.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Split the work into milestones and fund each one as its own order. Every stage is held in escrow and released when you approve it.
How are disputes decided?
Reejob reviews the evidence from both sides. The escrow is then released in full either to the freelancer or back to the client.
