Review applicants
Freelancers apply with a cover letter, portfolio, and proposed rate. You see their full profile, reviews, and completed jobs before making any decision.
Send an offer
Message the freelancer directly. When you agree on scope and price, send a formal offer through Reejob. The freelancer accepts and work begins.
Fund escrow
Your payment is locked in a secure on-chain escrow (Solana). The freelancer can see funds are there, but you keep control until work is approved.
Approve & release
Freelancer delivers. You review and approve. Payment releases instantly on-chain. Leave a review to help the community.

Complete your profile
Add your bio, skills, wallet address, and at least one service. Profiles above 70% appear in talent search and get 3× more views.
List your services
Create a gig: describe what you offer, set a price, and define deliverables. Clients browse and can hire you directly without a job posting.
Apply to jobs
Browse the job board and apply with a cover letter, portfolio link, and your proposed rate. Direct and async, no calls required.
Accept the offer
Client sends a formal offer. You review it, accept, and the client funds the escrow. You see the payment is locked before you start.
Deliver & get paid
Submit your work through the platform. Client approves and payment is released directly to your wallet. No delays, no middlemen.
How platform fees work
Reejob charges a 10% platform fee on top of the service price. You see the full total before confirming.
Freelancers receive the full service amount. No deductions from your earnings. The fee is paid by the client.
Client funds are locked in a Solana smart contract, visible to both parties, released only when work is approved. Neither side can take funds unilaterally.
