As Head of Institutional Sales you'll build and own the institutional sales function.

• Build and lead the institutional sales strategy and pipeline
• Close large, complex deals with institutional clients
• Hire and grow the sales team over time
• Partner with product on what institutions need

• Proven institutional sales leadership in crypto or trad-fi
• A strong network and a track record of closing large deals
• Founder-level ownership
