As an Account Manager you'll own customer relationships post-sale — driving adoption, retention and growth.
What you'll do:
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts and their success
- Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion
- Be the bridge between customers and product
- Reduce churn and grow account value
We're looking for:
- Account management or customer success experience, ideally B2B SaaS or crypto
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Comfort with technical products
