As an Account Manager you'll own customer relationships post-sale — driving adoption, retention and growth.

What you'll do:
  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and their success
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion
  • Be the bridge between customers and product
  • Reduce churn and grow account value
We're looking for:
  • Account management or customer success experience, ideally B2B SaaS or crypto
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Comfort with technical products
