Lead, Validator & Staking Growth (Solana)

Raiku is building infrastructure that strengthens the Solana network. We're looking for a growth lead to scale our validator and staking footprint.

You'll own the strategy and relationships that grow stake and validator adoption.

Focus: Solana, validators, staking, ecosystem growth

• Own validator and staking growth strategy end-to-end
• Build relationships with stakers, funds and ecosystem partners
• Drive delegation, partnerships and community programs
• Represent Raiku across the Solana ecosystem

• Deep understanding of Solana staking and validator economics
• Growth or BD experience in crypto
• An existing network in the Solana ecosystem is a big plus
