Backpack is a regulated crypto exchange and self-custody wallet. As we scale globally, business development drives the partnerships and integrations that put Backpack in front of more users.

You'll identify, structure and close partnerships that grow the exchange and ecosystem.

• Find and close partnerships across the Solana and wider crypto ecosystem
• Structure deals — listings, integrations, co-marketing and more
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and trading
• Track pipeline and own partnership outcomes end-to-end

• BD or partnerships experience in crypto, fintech or SaaS
• Comfort owning deals from outreach to signature
• A strong network in Web3 is a plus
